- Congratulations to the Midget Wildcat hockey team who
captured the Provincial B Title on March 15th.
You made the town proud with your hard work and determination.
- The Wadena Recreation Centre will be closed for the hockey season on March
25th. Thanks to all those who came and used our facility, we hope you had a
good time. See you in the fall!
- The summer is coming around the corner, and the Town of Wadena will
go to work to make ourselves look beautiful again this year. The pool is
looking to swing back into action on the May long weekend, as well as the
campground.
- The Town and Country Fair has begun its planning and the possibility of
some new and exciting changes are in the works. We are hoping to appeal to
all ages and look to improve the quality of the experience for our citizens.
